I HAVE NO IDEA IF I SHOULD FILL OUT THE YEARBOOK SURVEY OR NOT AHHHH.
As most of you know, Mr. B recently sent us a survey "for the yearbook". Since we're learning about internet safety, the survey seems pretty fishy.

As noted in the picture above, Mr. B only sent it to our grade. If it was for the yearbook, wouldn't he send it to the entire grade? The first few questions seem pretty normal, but as the survey progresses, it gets more sketchy.
WHY COULD HE POSSIBLY NEED OUR HOME ADDRESS FOR THE YEARBOOK????

Why would he need the home addresses and other information of the children who are not buying a yearbook? IT DOESN'T ADD UP AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
So in conclusion, panic has overtaken me and I don't want to submit the survey but I probably will so that I don't in trouble.
